Lakeview’s 39-bed LTAC Hospital is currently seeking a Nurse Case Manager to plan,
implement, manage and evaluate the provision of services for assigned in-patients,
including discharge planning. The Nurse Case Manager will establish and update a
nursing care plan with input from the patient’s multidisciplinary treatment team on an
ongoing basis. Qualified candidates will have superior communication, judgment &
analytical skills as well as Microsoft system knowledge. Familiarity with InterQual
Criteria and strong UR skills are a plus.
Current WI RN license and 3 years of Case Management experience in an
acute care setting is required. Master’s degree is preferred.

Racine County has an opening for an Assistant Finance Director to direct, supervise and be
responsible for accounting functions of Racine County. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting and certification as a CPA, seven years of progressively responsible accounting and

Racine County has an opening for a Human Services Director to direct and manage a multiple
human services delivery system under a client-centered and community based services approach.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Services, Business Administration, Public
Administration or a related field, plus 8 or more years of relevant work experience; OR a
Bachelor’s degree in same areas, plus 15 years or more of relevant work experience. Extensive
background in the administration of multiple human services programs for a community based
agency including program planning, administration, and budgeting and personnel supervision.

Qualifications: Candidates must be a citizen of the United States, a resident of the State of

Associate degree from an accredited university, college or technical school Or a minimum of

appointment as a deputy.
